Trey Jordan Architecture site launched
Wednesday, June 28, 2006
Our most recently completed site is a small site for Trey Jordan Architecture, and we’re very happy with it.
Trey was looking for a simple presence to showcase his approach and his work - mostly beauifully-restrained houses in a contemporary Santa Fe style.
He wanted to suggest more than explain - to give people just a taste rather than bog them down in too many details, and the site had to reflect his clean aesthetic.
As a result. it’s a lot less wordy and more design-led than some of my sites for other clients.
Because a print ad was due to run in less than six weeks from our initial, we also had to plan and build the site to a reasonably tight schedule.
The finished site matches the brief very well, we feel, and it was a pleasure to work with a client whose changes mainly involved taking things out - not a common experience.
The pages are fast to load, built using CSS for positioning, and there’s room to expand if required.
