Redesign for Santa Fe Non-Profit
Friday, April 08, 2005
Moore Consulting has just completed work on a site for Santa Fe Economic Development, Inc (SFEDI).
The non-profit had a large amount of content on their old site, but it was hard to update, difficult to navigate, and it did not project the most positive image.
We worked worked quickly to come up with a clean new design that incorporates their signature image (a famous painting of the Santa Fe Trail), and presents the work of SFEDI simply and attractively.
Now the initial design and build is completed, SFEDI will update the site themselves using Macromedia Contribute, and the predefined styles we created for headings, subheadings, body text and lists will help to ensure consistency.
Given SFEDI’s status as a non-profit, we made sure to get the most of the work we put in, and were happy to do the job at a reduced hourly rate.
SFEDI President Catherine Zacher said, ‘We were very impressed with the quality and timeliness of the work done on our site by Moore Consulting. David was so easy to work with and had excellent suggestions for the work we wanted done to improve our site.’
